ADHD & productivity tools

This is my second attempt at post secondary school, my first ended shortly after midterms in term two—after I had somehow barely scraped by the first term math course—when I completely bombed my math exam worth 35% of my final grade,,, by getting 0/30. I have always struggled with school work. Getting homework and assignments done, remembering due dates and to start work, and just focusing in class enough to know what needs to get done. There's shit all the time online saying like "adhd is a super power" or "I have adhd so I'm more creative and good at puzzles or whatever the fuck" and it bothers me a lot because adhd is almost entirely a disability for me. I have the occasional fixation or burst of motivation/productivity, but it absolutely harms me more than helps. I have to take medication in order to clean my room, in order to set and follow habits.
