Poison Girls new streaming collection – Some of What’s Known

FOLLOWING THE RELEASE of the seven-disc, definitive collection of Poison Girls songs Persons Unknown: The Complete Recorded History, selected material from the collection—not previously released in this digital format—is now available on major streaming platforms. This digital-only twenty-four song collection is named Some of What’s Known: The Selected Sounds of Poison Girls—a riff on the idea of ‘Persons Unknown’ and indicating that this is a selection, not the streaming version of the complete collection. Included are the two early demo tracks “Ice Cold” and “Radio City”; the live numbers from the Seven Year Scratch vinyl retrospective; late-period live songs “I Hate the West, “Stranger”, “The Money’s Not Real”, “Seducer”, “The Force”, “Oh, Boy [It’s a Girl This Time]” and “Hot Slots”; two That Famous Subversa demo tracks (“The Hook” and “Torture”); and the single A-side “One Good Reason”.
