Motivation.

I enjoy looking at old yearbooks on classmates.com. Not yearbooks from my school or from any school I’m familiar with, just old yearbooks in general. My perusals started out by looking for Master Clock systems, a very strong interest of mine. I have yet to find the style of classroom clocks anywhere else that we had in the 1939 elementary school I went to. I then started seeing stories of folks and that a sense of humor 80 years ago was often quite similar to a sense of humor today. Black and white photos don’t make the experience of life any less real. I spotted this quote this evening in a yearbook dated in 1925. Since it’s very safe to assume the young man that graduated in 1925 has passed, I’m going to post his quote along with his senior photo. I found his quote to be very inspiring.
