I had what I like to call a Henry Hill weekend. You guys remember in Goodfellas when Henry Hill was driving around looking up, and the chopper was chasing him everywhere, and he just had to get some schizz done. I had nine hours of gigs in two days. Two DJ gigs and a bass gig, and everything worked out. There were problems, lots of problems. My iPad taking a dump and having to switch to my computer. Weird distortion issues in a speaker. A fill-in sound guy at the Hole in the Wall for our first gig. You know, tons of things, but there's always problems. It's how you react to them and fix them and, you know, don't freak out because it's not like the gig's not gonna happen. It's not like music is not gonna be played through the speakers. These are things that just, through experience, trial and error, and patience, really work themselves out. An amazing weekend. I think I found the bass for me, randomly. Found a super cheap one. That one did amazing. And I just really got to spend a lot…
