Bibiel Hears Things: Griff Lynch – “Os Ti’n Teimlo” (If You Feel)

Hey people! I totally didn’t intend to feature Griff today in “Bibiel Hears Things” and didn’t even think about it. I didn’t think about doing “Bibiel Hears Things” today at all. But then in the middle of the day something switched in my brain randomly – and here we are. I realised I’ve only shared two songs from “Blas Melysa’r Mis” (Flavour of the Month) – Griff’s debut album which came out last year – ever since its release (though, in my defence, I did share most of its singles before the release), and I felt like, by now, almost a year since it dropped, I should have featured more. The main thing that made featuring anything from this album feel very intimidating was that I wanted to do the translations so that those of you who do not speak Welsh – i.e. what I presume to be most of my blog’s readership – would be able to have some idea of the songs lyrically as well, and I wanted my translations to give justice to the originals, which is kind of difficult when you’re not a native…
