2026-W37: Tedium

Oh boy, running your own website(s) is tedious, isn’t it? I’m in the middle of moving stuff away from Digital Ocean. (We all know why.) I wanted to do that anyway but well, procrastination.Object storage is especially annoying – of course there’s rclone and it does what it should but it doesn’t clone the visibility settings. Te-di-ous!And then there’s my Thumbor instance. I vaguely remember spending a whole weekend trying to get it to work, it has been running for years and frankly, the idea of having to do this again fills me with dread.Anyway – nothing that a coffee, Euro RX on a second screen and some patience can’t fix.
