Tools get placed in practical ways that make for easy pickup, instant alignment to task and minimal waste in time. They do everything I ever ask of them and never balk in action. I never abuse them or require anything of them that I don't know they can do. Tools I place wait ready for action. That's the reason I rarely ever put tools away until I'm really done with each of them and that is for the day, half day or two hours. It irritates me when someone says, "So glad to see you work in a mess like us." because that's not the case at all. I don't work like them or every copy the working of others.
