Labor Day

We celebrated the labor movement in pools with friends over the extended weekend. The float above is from the mind of David Shrigley, and it rides a line between amusing and disturbing. The other thing we did this weekend was eat very good things friends labored over. Tonight’s menu included a bunch of roasted vegetables with extra garlicky sauce and a Pistachio Polenta Cake with a lemony icing, and everything was awesome.
