Until I took a comedy writing class, wherein a local comic named Micah Leslie recommended A Swim in a Pond in the Rain as one of his all-time favorite books. I liked it and caught this Saunders title on sale and here we are. I was delighted to find that I saved the very same quote from my reading. I wonder if some muffled inner memory of it experienced a flash of recognition that didn’t quite make it to my consciousness. There were many other great quotes, too. I love reading… No comments yet.
