Week In Review 2026-09-12

This update covers Sunday 09-06-30-26 through Saturday 09-12-26 (icon Glossary, if needed). LIFE 🈁 It’s my last WIR post in my 54th year. My 55th birthday will be on Sun 09-13. 📕 A normal week for me, or as “normal” of a week as I deserve. No complaints, though. 📜 Travel plans for the rest of the year are underway. ❤️‍🩹 A regular cycle of 7-minute workouts. Odd pains in my right leg (nerves? arthritis?) messed with my sleep on Mon 09-07, so I started the work week feeling out-of-sync. The pain came back on Thu 09-10, largely in my lower back. Neighborhood walks with L. on Mon 09-07 and Fri 09-11. Our last swim in the apartment complex happened on Wed 09-09, as the pool will soon be closing for the season.
