Introduction A few days ago I published Guys, we really, really suck at this!, and let’s just say that the responses were both (a) what I expected, and (b) have taken a few turns I didn’t expect. In this article I want to revisit this topic in light of there being new information. In this article we’ll look at the responses and discussions that have been ongoing around this topic. Talk about some issues that have been uncovered. Talk about some alternatives that might be of use. Look at what changes (if any) have been made, and talk about how we move forward. One of the things that I want to explain, however, before moving forward is this: I am no authority on this subject. I think I gave off that impression in the original article.
