A little work of postcard art sent to me by Ann Burlingham as sexy, juicy fruit!: Bright blackberry juice, crushed in the fingers, runs down the palm of the hand and then the arm The card comes from the Tillamook (“Dairy done right”) creamery factory in Tillamook OR. AnnB explained that her family took a tour of the factory — guided tours are still being done — on a trip long ago. As the son of a man who got an actual college degree (from Penn State) in dairy husbandry, so also certified on dairy products like butter, cheese, and ice cream, I enthusiastically recommend such excursions.
