Web gig that lasted a day

I had one client who was an artist and programmer himself, was annoyed by some issues and wanted to know why his portfolio wouldn’t send emails. The emails were for contact me form on the website. Simple, basic stuff. But after a long time, the emails didn’t work. The client didn’t notice for a long time but after that he wanted a change. A dedicated email with his domain, sending him notification emails to his personal Gmail through SMTP was the end goal. And his navbar also broke, needing a little fix. But I couldn't even properly see the navbar, I didn't know how it looked like to even recreate it, It wouldn't even show up in the inspected HTML.
