Basically, we are the mech suits for evolution. Specifically, for genes.Evolution has a master game: to produce more and more competent organisms that can propagate the most competent genes, and it works by injecting these organisms with goals, using biological systems such as hormones and emotions to steer us.We have anger. We have jealousy. We have ambition. We have all these different things, and other animals have different versions of those.
