I sort of knew about Paralives before Early Access dropped. And I feel like all I've done lately is scour Steam for new games.So, how the heck did I first learn about Welcome to Elderfield from a YouTube video on the day it released?The video that thankfully wound up in my algorithmI won't lie, when I first saw this thumbnail, my terminally online brain immediately jumped to that classic "Reddit mystery," about The Evil Farming Game. Not in the mood to go down the rabbit hole yourself? Basically, a Reddit user remembered a farming sim where the player kills their wife and has to spend the game moving her body so they don't get caught.
