Day 13: Unlucky Indeed

Sorry I'm late with today's post, folks - this is the first chance I've had to sit down and read today's article, and... it's been ten minutes and I'm still chuckling. At all.To summarize: Bill called Ron Ashmore to the stand and Ron Ashmore turned out to be a great witness for the Crown. He denied giving Bill any confidential information. He denied that the nature of their relationship was anything other than casual aquaintances. He used the word "harass" to describe Bill's interactions with him. He pointed out that the email had Bill's name at the top and matched his writing style. In cross-examination, he backed up the Crown's assertion that Bill was behaving increasingly aggressively.
