Real Life in Star Trek, Necessary Evil

Disclaimer Previously… Necessary Evil Conclusions The Bad Stay Tuned… Before we get going, I guess that we should wish the franchise and those who have worked on it a belated but happy sixtieth anniversary. The Man Trap aired on 1966 September 08, on NBC affiliates in the United States. And while talking about the anniversary, if I remember correctly, while I didn’t start the blog until late-2019 and these posts with 2020’s new year, I started putting the earliest notes that became the first batch of posts together around the fiftieth anniversary of the show in 2016. Then, a year later, we had people complaining that Discovery didn’t show us the utopia worth Starfleet’s time defending, and I started thinking about making my investigations public and centered on that idea.
