Today I am going to tell you about a ridiculous pen I bought a few weeks ago. At the time I knew it was ridiculous and I did it anyway, just to see if it was truly as ridiculous as I thought it was. Spoiler alert: It was. I am talking about the Wancher PuChiCo Mini Fountain Pen series, available from JetPens in a variety of colors and nib sizes for $33. They are cute, and oh so mini. The first thing that surprised me was how tiny they really were. I know, you’re thinking that’s silly. I don’t know what was going through my head but I thought these incredibly short pens were going to be, for lack of a better word, girthy. Like the one on Kickstarter from ages ago. But no. This pen was tiny. Like I don’t even know why they used such a big box tiny? The pen is eyedropper fill only because it is too small for a cartridge. Yes you read that right. The nib has an o-ring at the top to help prevent leakage. Since I’m a belt and suspenders kind of girl I smeared a little silicone grease on…
