This is a review of the Oasis documentary from an American living in the middle of the country in Austin, Texas. Not your typical Oasis fan. But I was back then, stayed true to Team Noel, and was duly rewarded. Took my youngest son to Chicago for a show, and then he later saw them at the Rose Bowl as well. There’s a moment in the film where Noel talks about the reward of seeing fathers and sons at the show. Obviously, this hit pretty hard, because I was one of those guys. And it was magical. There’s never been a second coming like this musically, and it’s like I said the other day in a blog entry. They mean so much to so many people, and the fact that they’re back is helping. Like, it’s actually helping the world. I believe this. There’s no music like this now. And I don’t know if the world we’ve got today can produce something like that. But I’m thinking it can’t. I’ve also never really seen a documentary that captures what it was like to be there in the excitement. And the fact that…
