Where were you when Silksong came out? - W36

The time has come, after so many years and expectations and memes. It is the dawn of a new era in the gaming world, and I was there for it. I was there. What else matters at this point? when such a wonderful work of love has been unveiled, an amazing gift, for the unworthy ones, those for whom the bell tolls—Silksong is upon us. It should be obvious that this game is what took most of my free time since its release last Thursday, but there were a couple of other things that happened so I guess I gotta write them down in case I want to remember something else about this period of time, other than Silksong’s release, which is unlikely but who knows. 📦 On Tuesday, I asked to leave work early so I could pick up my copy of Overscan and Father’s Day from the mail (bought at Nantucket Lit), after I got a delivery notification saying it was attempted and failed because nobody was home.
