Appreciating the collection

Dropped off cookies at my brother’s house in exchange for vegetables he brought over — not a fair trade at the outset, and even worse? The cookies tasted awful, but they featured a print of Dolly Parton on some edible surface and all proceeds went to her Imagination Library. I paused in the kitchen, appreciating the collection of magnets and quotes on my the fridge — tidbits from travels all over the world mixed with fading notes in mom’s handwriting. Preserving here for now and wondering what some other methods might be to extend the notions and her penmanship. Screen printing? Needlepoint?
