Mont Blanc trilogy, by Annick Trent

Version 1.0.0 Version 1.0.0 Version 1.0.0 Last month, Caz published a review for this trilogy, and I was intrigued enough to grab the first one. I eventually read it, and then the other two in quick succession. And yet… Beware: PTSD for physical injury in the past; recovery from being shot, on page; emotional abandonment from parents as backstory; non-explicit on-page sex between two consenting adult men. This trilogy comprises three short novellas (all well under 100 pages), which are set within months of each other. The story is narrated in third person, past tense, exclusively from the point of view of Yohan, one of the two main characters. The way he is written, I would say that Yohan is on the autism spectrum, and this bleeds into how his internal dialogue represents Oakes, his love interest.
