Happy that the iron steamed out every one of them. I'm slowly getting closer to getting the primer coat on.base glued and cookingThis corner may give me headaches later. I clamped the tails to close gaps and that pulled the corner way out of square. Unclamped it but the squaring jig had some problems. I couldn't square the corner with hand pressure completely but the jig squared it but I had to use four clamps to get it there. Sawed the cove moldings over length. I'll set them after the base is attached to the bookcase.three hours laterCleaned up and flushed the tails. The corner I had double clamped wasn't square. I was off about 3-4 degrees. Not a problem as the cove molding is wide enough to cover any gaps.last bearerGlued and screwed bearers to the front and sides. I set the bearers down from the top of the base 1/8".
