Normally I like starting challenges and projects on the first of a month, like National Novel Writing Month1 in November or Million Words in a Year (MilWordY)2 in January, but I don't want to wait to get started on something. So I'm going to just go for it, even if it's the 8th and not the 1st. The PlanStarting tomorrow and for the next 30 days, I will be blogging every day, sharing my progress and thought process of the creation of a new writing project. I'm not setting a finish deadline for the project (except a vague "90 days would be nice"), but I'm only committing to 30 days of blogging about it so I don't overwhelm myself. Perhaps after the 30 days I'll continue to update weekly if I find I enjoy making the posts. Within each blog post, I will report my progress; explain a little bit about the worldbuilding, story, or characters; and talk about the pieces of inspiration that came together for this project.
