Internet Things Lately #5

It's time for another edition of "things I've found around the internet recently that I think are really cool." Conversations with my mother - This older post at Forking Mad had me chuckling, mainly because I've had so many similar conversations with my own mother. lessons on committing to creativity - I liked this post by Cuifen about committing to creative habits, and I'm trying to take inspiration from it for myself. It's very difficult for me to stick to a routine, as I've realized I'm simply a spontaneous type of person, but I still try in hopes that eventually I'll come across something that sticks. I think Cuifen's thoughts and process here can be helpful for a lot of folks. I really like Jedda's micro thoughts. It's fun to look back on an entire month of random thoughts or shouting into the void, as Jedda calls it. I might implement this on my own blog.
