Over enough days, you learn to feed it the minimum, and the minimum becomes the habit. ...hi, this is ava: I don’t think my efforts were wasted because I took a break. Many things, even hobbies and good habits, don’t need to be done daily. No app or whatever should punish me for taking a day off. I do have three streaks currently. The first is my step count on the Pedometer++ app. If I recall correctly, the default step count target is 10,000… which I did lowered to a smaller number so that I can be comfortable in maintaining the streak. Also, the app allows for one rest day each wek. The other two streaks are games. And I believe in myself that I don't care about the streaks, and can stop anytime if I want.
