Yes, a flat tyre, but no, not mine. Riding up the Dandenong Road bike lane there was the usual motorist stopped blocking the counter-flow bike lane waiting to turn, I slowed and she drove off …. flappity flappity screech scrunch flap squeal … pulled out into Dandenong Road and accelerated off towards the lights, driving almost on the rim as the tyre flapped about wildly. I did a u-turn and took off, caught up at the next lights and let her know.
