Based on various comments on Reddit and elsewhere I decided to try a wired bra. Underwires seem to be a frequently suggested option for men with my condition. The AbraThatFits.org calculator consistently sizes me (as AMAB) as 40B and I have shallow breasts which seems to be a tricky combination. I went into the murky world of ChatGPT for specific advice, which once I'd sorted out the nonsense (bras that don't exist, shops that closed years ago etc) I narrowed down my choice down to the inexpensive Marks & Spencer Jasmine Demi-Cup (£10) which was apparently available to try on in a variety of colours in my local shop according to the online checker. It wasn't that simple! Firstly M&S only use most of the range names online - they aren't named on the shop displays, and the colour selection was very poor compared to online.
