Writing this blog post has been quite an interesting experience. Granted, most, if not all, blog posts take a lot out of me, but this one in particular had me feeling odd a few times. Perhaps that’s because I’ve been going through it. Nothing awful, mind you, but just the typical “I’m in my 30s now”-melange that combines the best and worst of sentimentalism, nostalgia, and existentialism. There’s also a sense of finality covering it all. It’s been happening ever since I turned thirty (or maybe even before then), but I guess there are a few things that have happened lately that have just bolstered those emotions.
