Shout Out.

On my flight from Tucson to O’Hare (UA5490) on Friday I had a very pleasant conversation with flight attendant Sarah. United gets a bad rap, but this flight attendant clearly enjoyed her career and made the flight very pleasant. There were no theatrics with dancing during the safety announcements or anything like that, she just had a smile and was such a pleasant person to be around. Yay for Sarah (or Sara) with Skywest Airlines for United Express. You’re awesome.
