Bellevue Botanical Garden — Joe Pye Weed / Eutrochium maculatum ‘Gateway’ Highlight of the week: saw my niece and met her partner Looking forward to: seeing Coyote vs. Acme with my friend Stuff I did: 5 hours book outline went to Bellevue Botanical Garden and wandered around the Kirkland waterfront with my niece and her partner, then grabbed takeout for a picnic at the park took Monday off to hang out, also took Thursday off because I felt like working on a blog post instead 🤷‍♀️ tidied up from my niece’s visit yesss, we recycled our broken toaster PLUS discovered we’d never actually gotten rid of the previous toaster so we put that out too, and a microwave someone gave us that turned out to be too big for our counter, and an old bricked work laptop a previous job didn’t want returned — six years of electronics recycling accumulation handled 🙌 did a weight workout again finally! walked with my friend at the State Park — he just finished Villain so we griped about all its problems and…
