My mind never stops. It spins, analyzing, connecting dots, forming ideas faster than I can keep up. I often don’t realize I’ve conceptualized something until I take time to sit and reflect. The mind is where I feel most at home. It’s also where I get stuck the most. Because thoughts produce more thoughts. They’re magnetic that way. I can spend hours in my own mind, thinking my life away. And while the mind has its purpose, life can’t be lived in the mind. I’ve spent years sitting with concepts, turning them over like a stone in my hands, polishing them until they shine with more permanence. But ideas don’t matter if they stay locked in my head. They need form. Movement. A body to bring them forward. And that means grounding them. The body is needed to bring ideas, concepts, and answers into fruition.
