Exporting your chats from Claude.ai

I'm about to switch subscriptions for one of my Claude accounts, and as part of it, will lose access to any chats I had in the Claude.ai web view (and i.e. on apps, if I used them). Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any way to export these natively - maybe by design? - but fortunately, at least as of writing, we can take to the trusty Network tab.
