Chisels Too Tough to Square?

In 2021 I published my guide for getting the two bevels on narrow plough plane blades dead on 30-degrees and 25-degress and 90-degress dead across too. You read that post here if you're interested. Chisels are different because they always taper from the cutting edge to the handle and chisel makers use different ratios.If, like so many, you have struggled to get your narrow or thin chisels with a pristine square and accurate angle on the bevel you are the same as almost everyone. I developed this style of honing guide for my narrow plough plane irons described above but this one I developed for thin chisels-it's slightly different, I think it will be the best honing guide for narrow chisels you will ever use bar none.
