It just released a few moments ago and I'm living for this!I've been hotly anticipating its release for years at this point. The first, most obvious change? A new UI.Left: version Audacity 4.0 😍😍😍, right: version 3.7 🤢🤮🤯This compared to version 3.7? It's a night and day difference. Not only that, I'd be willing to say it's a universal improvement. The new QT-based design is also quite a bit snappier and responsive, too.Frankly, Audacity 3's UX design was non-existent by comparison. Things failed to behave with any measure of mental ergonomics.
