How goes 2026

At the beginning of the year I wrote ideas for 2026 and updated with progress on 2026 in March. Then again halfway through the year. The beginning of September does not seem like the obvious next check-in. But I slow down dramatically in the autumn and winter. Also, it's my birthday so that feels like a natural time. This updates what I've got done over the past two months and what I still need to get done in the next four. It's clear that over the summer I do a lot more outdoors stuff and less 'on the computer' stuff. Which is really nice. As it should be. Here on the site: I've written more book posts, so I'm feeling pretty good about that one thing I've not done yet is write up some personal canon type things. That should be a nice autumnal project also I did Blaugust Personal, home, family stuff: went to monster trucks and it was wild went canoeing progress on digging in the garden slowed what with the risk of instant incineration on stepping outside.
