Lucy French Of The Fleet Street Quarter Parrots The Establishment Line On The City Plan 2040

“Lady” Lucy French, the CEO of Fleet Street Quarter (FSQ) is trying desperately hard to be completely on-message with the City council ‘leadership’. She used promo for a ‘charity’ bus tour of the square mile taking place today to parrot their spin about minister for housing and planning, Matthew Pennycook, requesting a targeted re-examination of the City Plan 2040 – to reassess the visual impact of tall buildings on heritage sites such as the Tower of London. Like our local authority ‘leaders’ Lady Lucy called this ‘anti-growth’ – see promo for her Routemaster charity rip-off immediately below. The photo immediately above reveals the monstous ego of “Lord” Peter Hendy, with his name on the front of the charity bus when he was still just “Sir” Peter. He holds his lordly title in spite of his scandal-rdden past – and as the linked piece on Hendy’s scandals notes, he has a taste for quaffing fine wines at other people’s expense, a vice he shares with the leadership of the City council.…
