I really thought I was going to have a load of time through August as the month started. Instead it turned out to be absolutely rammed at work, including a conference attendance and giving a guest lecture for a course run by the local Uni. As a result I was regularly exhausted in the evenings and weekends and so only got round to doing something new this last weekend. I did squeeze it into August though to keep my streak going. So here it is, some new art: The Tempest. Making of and resources used It was a flurry of abstracts last month, so I felt like doing something sci-fi again this time round. I've done ringed planets a couple of times, but mainly using Octane's built in scatter system with C4D, so wanted to try getting something differnt set up in Blender. That was the starting point for this piece.
