Journal: 2026/09/02 Wednesday (Movies, Series)

2026/09/02 Wednesday Doing last month's media log... I was watching a lot of stuff in the beginning of the month, but then I was caught up doing other stuff so I halted my movie-watching again... and I had a very bad last week as well, but I'm going to focus on the media log and get this out of the way. I'm still just watching stuff I had downloaded more than a year ago... With my father I watched The Penguin (2024) and this was quite a surprise. I don't remember the Battinson movie that well anymore but I remember being bored as hell by it. This Penguin TV series, though, it was a very competent crime thriller and the character was very well done, I mean, he's such a deeply evil motherfucker, but for sure he believes himself to be all righteous and shit, like all the psychopaths that occupy the positions of power in the world. I loved the ending too. We also watched the third season of Foundation (2021-). It was ok, my cousin had watched it and didn't like it, the main plot twist of…
