Your FRN linked to that username account, because CORES only shows you fees for FRNs you’re associated with. A payment method - a checking or savings account for ACH, a credit or debit card, or a wire transfer. If you don’t have a username account, create one first with the FCC’s Create New Username instructions. Once it exists, link your FRN to it with Associating an Existing FRN to a Username Account. This page picks up after you’ve filed something. The fee is created by the application - a license renewal, a new license, a vanity request - and CORES is where you pay it.
