September List Sandwiches and August Wrapup

Hello Sandwich Fans! It’s hard to believe it’s September already, we just barely managed to squeak through August and get our 3 sandwiches done and now we have three more to discover! This sandwich life can be a grind sometimes. Still, some tasty things ahead, as we’ll find out after we recap the sandwiches of August! The Tribunal started August by exploring the Mexican Gordita, a much different flatbread than the Taco Bell offering with the same name. Not sure we did it justice, but we sure did eat a few! After that, we had a bit of a break, traveling to Oregon to go camping with family and to try a Turkish Gözleme while we were there! Of course we also made our own once we returned to Illinois. Finally, we managed to make and eat the Dutch sausage called Grillworst–of course in sandwich form. Any excuse to put crispy fried onions on a sandwich!
