There’s just one recording today, starting with the end of The Weakest Link. It’s Rugby Players, but I wouldn’t have known that without checking Genome. There’s a trail for Junior Apprentice. Plus a World Cup trail that’s longer than the one we saw a few days ago. And a trail for The Big Personality Test: A Child of Our Time special. Then it’s Doctor Who – Cold Blood, the second part of the two-part Silurian story. It starts with a narration which the subtitles say is ‘Eldane’ who we haven’t met yet, and who sounds a lot like Stephen Moore. “This is the story of our planet, Earth, of the day 1,000 years past when we came to share it with a race know as Humanity. It is the story of the Doctor who helped our races find common ground and the terrible losses he suffered. It is the story of our past and must never be forgotten.” Amy manages to escape her shackles, freeing Mo too, after she somehow picks the pocket of the scientists who was just about to dissect her before he was called…
