The support they’ve thrown at this show has been absolutely incredible. In fact, the show probably wouldn’t have gotten off the ground without them. Over the past six years, the group that assembled around this show has become like family to me, and they’ll live in my heart forever. But there’s another family that rarely gets any mention, without whom this show wouldn’t exist, and that’s an incredible group of folks over at AMC. Before Silo got the green light from Apple and went into production, the rights were with AMC Studios. They tried several times to find a way to produce the show in-house, but the scripts never quite got there, or the cost was too prohibitive to find a path forward. AMC wasn’t about to give up, though, and kept looking for a way.
