When you invest time and money into something, it hurts when it's all lost by some misfortune. And while video gaming is merely fun recreation, I had 😭 crying-face feels when I inadvertently overwrote my current saved Pocket Frogs game right after buying a huge in-game upgrade that cost more than couch-cushion change. A quick Google search found a Reddit post with a fix: email the game developer’s support. I fired off that email lickety split. One business day later, the dev, NimbleBit, rescued my previous saved game and restored my upgrade purchase. Nice! It's almost like nothing ever happened. That, my friends, is happy-face feels 🙂.
