I started the draft for this post during 2025-11-23, almost a year ago! I took a course on solopreneurship, which my friend kindly paid for it, as it's something I will not buy according to my reflections. The course was mostly about finding a problem, building an audience, and eventually selling something. This post is a mix of notes + my own opinions. Hopefully I can save you a couple hundred of bucks. Notes is derived from the course. Me is what I think. Starting with a small problem Notes Identify a niche. Find a small win. Solve a tiny need. Make something that saves time, saves money, or makes money. Something people use to do their work. Sell to small and medium-sized businesses. Two routes from here: content, or software that does one thing well. Me The niche part needs to come naturally from what I’m already doing.
