Your Heart Shall Soon Belong to Me (Wizard of Outshire, for Cloak and Sword)

It’s actually a Glåugust tradition for me to get distracted by Cloak and Sword posting. However, this also counts for the “Breathing New Life into an Old Post” Challenge for Glåugust ‘26. Nice!This would be the sole class of the as-yet-theoretical Outshire game, which (permitting time and freedom) I would love to someday run as two or three parallel duet games, to allow interwizardly scheming, but also the solitary nature of the Heartless. This "adaptation for Cloak and Sword" is mostly cramming the other post into a single large template, and making it a bit more free-form (in accordance with my current elfgaming sensibilities), but I think the intended emphasis of Cloak and Sword on intrigue and romance would interact in a very interesting way with the Heartless.
