weekly retro #82: my doctor said to sleep more

first of all, rip dolly parton and tim curry. what a blessing it was to have shared a planet with them even if for such a short time relative to how long humans have existed. it's also a blessing to be able to go outside and do all my responsibilities independently. i don't take that for granted, but also i'm very tired of this heat and all the seemingly random thunderstorms. the week started with a continuation of a cluster of robot karaoke shows and tech meetups. i woke up on monday exhausted, but fortunately with one night out left in me. jamie and i were back at wonderville that night, and it was a blast. shouts out to everyone who came and sang with us. i woke up the next day feeling hungover just from traveling back and forth to brooklyn 3 times in 72 hours. i needed a lot of rest and recovery for the next few days, i basically took the week off from lifting and stuck to treadmill workouts. also hungover was one of the kilns in the ceramics studio. there was some sort of…
