Week 3: reflections and looking forward 0 ▲ Notes from the Burrow 1 hour ago · Life · hide · 0 comments This week was fully of job related activities like applying for some places, interviewing at a few (will reveal more about this once I’m farther in the process) and just prepping for interviews too. Besides work, I was also out and about more than usual this past week. A bunny rabbit in the garden (August 2026) Hobbies I made time to spend time doing a bit of all my current hobbies in an attempt to continue staying away from my phone. I have started playing less online multiplayer games like Battlefield 6 and shifting to single player games, for now that’s God of War. It helps me spend way less time trying to play the game and then feel some sort of dopamine, online multiplayer games always feel like they’re slot machines of dopamine similar to most online activities. So, playing a single player game has really reinforced the feeling of incremental progress just for fun, not to finish some weekly or timed challenge.
