Notes On Anglopunk

There is a delightfully grim picture of what, by the account of the online hive mind, is a street in Stoke-on-Trent. In that picture is the story of an Empire that never recovered after WWII; its elites told the natives lies about exceptionalism, empire and eternal glory, yet through the actions of its rapacious Transatlantic elites it is on course towards a global first in the West: “de-development”.1 I’m not too interested in looking into the political and economic circumstances that have given rise to this “living dead” Stoke-on-Trent situation at this moment in time. Needless to say, no one in the British mainstream or alternative press (increasingly populated by Elon Media Market vassals) has a clue about the real causes of this miserable and sad, civilisation-ending death that has been decades in the making.
