my tarot decks

I thought I'd do a bit of show-and-tell about my various tarot decks, in order of when I got them. The Dark Wood Tarot was my first tarot deck. I got it almost exactly 5 years ago. I was drawn to tarot and interested to learn more about it as a divination practice/ritual, but the other big driving factor was I was finding more solo TTRPGs that used tarot cards and I wanted a deck to use for those. I was drawn to this deck for its artwork. I remember wandering around a store that had a lot of tarot decks available, browsing through a big binder they had with example photos of the decks, picking one that spoke to me the strongest. I love Abigail's art style and the fairy tale inspiration of this deck. The guidebook is very detailed, taking you through the story of the deck card by card which was really useful for my first deck. Somehow along the way, I misplaced the Three of Cups which really frustrates me, so the deck is not fully complete. I try to tell myself it adds character to the…
